3. Products & Orders

All products are printed on demand through Printful. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen.
• Sizing information is provided on each product page — please review before purchasing.
• Orders are final once submitted. You have up to 2 hours after purchase to request a change or cancellation by emailing us.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. We will replace or refund items that are:

• Defective or damaged upon arrival
• Misprinted or incorrect
• Lost in transit (after investigation with the carrier)

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with supporting photos to hello@thedigitalchemistlabs.com.

7. Custom & Personalized Orders (Script'd)

For custom and personalized orders, the following additional terms apply:

• You are responsible for ensuring that any text, image, or design you submit does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
• We reserve the right to decline any custom order request that contains offensive, illegal, or infringing content.
• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
• Bulk and business orders require a written quote and approval before production. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
